The historic Hermosa Inn in Paradise Valley is home to this cultural arts program featuring a variety of accomplished artists or authors for a salon-style evening of dining, wine and conversation.
Each program begins with a wine reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a dinner of Chef Jeremy Pacheco's Artful American dishes and wine pairings, and then an intimate, interactive salon with the featured artist.
Colette Peters, described as Lady Gaga of Cakes, is the author of five books, a Food Network celebrity and owner of Colette's Cakes in New York. After getting her master's degree in painting, she went to work at Tiffany & Co. While there, she made cakes for her co-workers and in 1984 was asked to design cakes for the Tiffany Taste and Tiffany Wedding books, which introduced her innovative crooked cake and the gift box cake.

One of the young giants in the jazz world, trumpeter and bandleader Irvin Mayfield founded the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, affectionately known as NOJO, in 2002 to carry the tradition of New Orleans jazz into the 21st century.
